HZS40

The HZS40 concrete mixing plant is a small and medium-sized product of the Hongda Group mixing plant series. It consists of a batching device, an aggregate conveying device, a powder conveying device, a water supply additive system, a metering system, a mixing system, an electric control system and a gas control system. Composed of fully automatic concrete mixing equipment. It is a mixing machine with compact structure, accurate weighing and even mixing. It is widely used in the construction of various projects such as urban commercial mixing, highways, railways, bridges, water conservancy, airports and ports. Its main features are as follows:

·Using a modular structure, it is convenient to install and move, and change quickly.

·The mixing host adopts the JS750 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, which has good mixing quality and high productivity. It can complete good mixing of concrete with dry hardness, semi-dry hardness, plasticity and various ratios within an ideal time.

·The metering and control components of all metering units are imported and controlled by a microcomputer, which fully guarantees accurate metering and stable performance.

·The whole machine adopts computer control, which can be controlled automatically or manually, with simple operation and easy control. Dynamic panel display can clearly understand the operation of each part.

·The electronic control system components adopt imported components, with stable overall performance and powerful functions. Automatic detection of abnormal working conditions and faults, using text, sound, light, and alarm prompts to facilitate troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
